Glue - DryFluid CA-Booster

The market offers a wide range of adhesives for a wide variety of applications and material compounds. The range of applications extends from simple standard adhesives to power adhesives in the one- or two-component area. DryFluid CA-Booster is positioned precisely in the group of power adhesives. The powder combines the advantages of the instant adhesive with the system advantages of a high-performance plastic and combines them into an unprecedented high power adhesive.

Dissatisfaction with the existing range of solutions, especially for power adhesives, was the driving force behind the development of the new CA-Booster, the 2K system powder for superglue.







Power for your superglue:



CA-Booster is a high-end power amplifier powder specially formulated for superglue. It allows mixing to form a high-performance adhesive with a consistency that is known from two-component resins, for example. The combination of superglue with power powder results in a considerably expanded range of applications with a simultaneous increase in performance.

The ingredients are finely tuned high-performance polymers and glass fibre bridges that ensure extreme stability. CA-Booster is therefore a glass-fibre reinforced system plastic in powder form, which develops an enormous adhesive strength in connection with CA products. The viscosity of the instant adhesive determines the processing time and the curing time.







The system advantages of the CA Booster:



Compared to the two-component adhesives on the market, which have to be mixed very precisely, the CA Booster does not have to maintain an exact mixing ratio. This simplifies the application immensely and leaves considerable room for manoeuvre in determining the processing time and consistency. CA-Booster adhesives show extreme adhesion, impact strength and tensile strength.

In comparison to the superglue, which is very suitable for small surface adhesions, the CA-Booster powder proves its qualities especially for gap sizes, adhesive seams and material defects.







Easy to use:



Just put a little bit of superglue into a mixing vessel and mix it with the powder in approximately equal parts. A gelling process begins after just a few minutes. Now apply the adhesive gel quickly to the clean and grease-free bonding area. The viscosity of the instant adhesive determines the processing time. The processing time for thin liquid instant adhesives is approx. 5 minutes. When using medium and highly viscous instant adhesives, these times are individually extended. A commercially available activator spray can be used to accelerate the curing process. Can be processed after approx. 3-4 hours, the final strength is reached after 24 hours.
